Adding text boxes to your photobook is easy. All you have to do is click on the button ‘Add Textbox’ and a square box is added. You can move this text box to any location on the page, but make sure you don’t go over the red line with the text.
Now double-click on that box to open the ‘Edit Text…’ box.
Use this box to write the text you want to add. You have some options to change the look of the text if you want:
Allows you to zoom in on the text if you find it hard to read the small print. This doesn’t affect the size of the printing in the photobook, it just makes it easier to read what you are adding to the text box.
And of course you can change the font and the font size as well using the drop down menus.
Once you have finished adding the text, click OK. You can then drag the text box to the right location (if you haven’t already done so) and resize it if needed (to fit in a certain spot). Make sure when you are resizing the text box that all the text remains visible. If you make the text box too small the line will go red. (It will also show up as an error when you click ‘Order.’)
I’ll talk about text boxes in the next post as well as there is more you can do with them!
